The Level of E-Learning Quality Management In Al-Quds Open University from the Point of View of Faculty Members in Its Branches in the Northern West Bank,

The study aimed to determine the level of e-learning Quality management
in Al-Quds Open University from the point of view of faculty members in its
branches in the northern West Bank, and examine the impact of each of the
variables (Gender, Qualification, college, place of residence) on the level of
e-learning Quality management in Al-Quds Open University from the point of
view of faculty members in its branches in the northern West Bank.
The study population consisted of faculty members in the branches of Al-
Quds Open University in the northern West Bank, whose number was (721),
out of which a random sample of (105) members was selected
The descriptive method is used in this study, and a questionnaire was
designed to collect data, which included (63) items distributed in five areas,
and verified as to validity and persistence; and then distributed to the members
of the study sample. Then data were analyzed using the Averages of Balanced
Means, Standard Deviations, Analysis of Variance Unilateral, and (t) Test.
The results revealed that the highest averages were in the field of training
for e-learning, followed by the field of follow-up and continuity of e-learning,
then the field of teaching and assessing students in e-learning, followed
by planning for e-learning, and the lowest average concerned providing
e-learning environment.
The results showed no statistically significant differences in the level of
e-learning Quality management in Al-Quds Open University from the point of
view of faculty members in its branches in the northern West Bank due to the
variables: gender, qualification, college, and place of residence in all areas.
However, there were differences in the field of (teaching and evaluating
students in e-learning), regarding the gender variable in favor of females, and
the field of (planning for e-learning) regarding the variable place of residence
in favor of the village faculty membersDownloads
