The Barriers Faced by the Teachers in Irbid First Directorate of Education in Using E- Learning

The study aimed at exploring the barriers of using E- learning faced
by teachers in Irbid first Directorate of Education, to determine the effect of
gender, qualification and practical experience. The sample of the study was
(186) teachers, (107 male teachers and 79 female teachers) . The researchers
developed a 28 item questionnaire. The appropriate statistical analyses were
used. The results showed that all the items of the instrument constituted barriers
to e- learning, and there were statistical significant differences at the level of
statistical significance (α= 0.05) in the average estimates of teachers on the
tool of the study related to the barriers of e- learning that could be attributed
to the variables of sex.. The results of the study showed that there were no
significant statistical differences in e- learning barriers to the variables of
qualification, and years of experience. In the light of the results of the study,
a number of recommendations were highlight
