A report issued by the International Telecommunication Union revealed
that the volume of Arabic content on the Internet does not exceed 3%,
and according to the CEO of Secure Services for the software industry the
volume of Arabic content on the Internet cannot be compared in any way
with the content in English or other international languages. Therefore, it
is important to build this system to contribute to the enrichment of Arabic
content on the Internet by providing user of a platform to work easily and
for the use, development, deployment and management of e- content on the
Internet depending on the metadata information stored within the base where
the system reads this information from the database to find out the names
of tables and fields, relationships between them and generate a page group
which is ready to deal with i. e. (add- edit- delete- the movement) . This also
allows the system to add software modules to generate encoding problems
with large, clear ways and to generate Web pages current dynamic where
we show the compatibility for the various versions of content management
systems. The components and code units and templates is a free addition to the
complexity for sites Mini as well as the difficulty of creating sites on demand
in addition to the consumption of a lot of server resources and exposure to the
fact that many of the infiltrators mostly from open sources.
