Standards of Designing the Educational Electronic Forums Controlled Researcher

This research aims to define the standards of designing the educational
electronic forums controlled. The researcher utilized descriptive analytic
method, using a questionnaire of standards as an instrument. Distributing
the questionnaire to 30 specialists in Educational technology, the research
showed 213 indicators and 23 norms for designing controlled educational
electronic forums: educational goals, organizing the educational content,
educational activities, feedback, reactivity and educational control, written
texts, fixed pictures, video snapshots, color, sound, branched links, assistance
and guidance, main face, branched pages, management, moderator,
supervisor of group discussion, students’ discussions, the form of discussing
a page, electronic discussion, nature of group discussion, dialogic questions
and safety in forums. The researcher designed a strategy based on the
previous norms of managing controlled educational forums, that is, logging
into to educational forums, adding and reviewing subjects, teacher’s role and
feedback in educational forums.
