The Degree of Implementation School Principals' Electronic Management That Supports Inclusive Education Practices in Light of Some Variables in the Ramtha Education Directorate in Jordan

Objectives: Determine the degree to which school principals employ electronic administration that supports inclusive education practices. It also aimed to reveal differences in the degree of employment according to the gender and type of school.
Methods: To achieve the two objectives of the study, the researcher developed a tool of study, and its application to a sample of 60 male and female principals in the Ramtha district
Results: The results showed that the degree to which school principals employ electronic management that supports inc`-*lusive education practices was at a high level. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at a=.05 in the responses of the study sample to due to the type of school. the results also showed that there were no differences due to the gender variable.
Conclusions: The study recommended emphasizing the use of electronic administration to support inclusive education practices, through transferring and disseminating experiences, skills and knowledge in this field from the Ramtha District Education Directorate.
