الصلابة الأكاديمية وعلاقتها بالضغوط الأكاديمية والتحصيل الدراسي لدى طلبة الجامعة الهاشمية

الملخص


هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى مستوى الصلابة الأكاديمية ومستوى الضغوط الأكاديمية لدى طلبة الجامعة الهاشمية، وفحص فيما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة الأكاديمية والضغوط الأكاديمية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والتخصص الأكاديمي والمستوى الدراسي. والتعرف إلى فحص العلاقة الارتباطية بين الصلابة الأكاديمية والضغوط الأكاديمية والتحصيل الدراسي. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، استخدم مقياس الصلابة الأكاديمية، ومقياس الضغوط الاكاديمية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (804) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الجامعة الهاشمية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الصلابة الأكاديمية والضغوط الأكاديمية كان متوسطاً، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى الصلابة الأكاديمية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة الأكاديمية تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي ولصالح طلبة الكليات العلمية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة الأكاديمية تغزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي، حيث إن مستوى الصلابة الأكاديمية لصالح طلبة السنة الأولى. وكذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود دالة إحصائياً في مستوى الضغوط الأكاديمية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والتخصص الأكاديمي والمستوى الدراسي. فيما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين الصلابة الأكاديمية والتحصيل الدراسي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ودالة إحصائياً بين الصلابة الأكاديمية والضغوط الأكاديمية.
