Distributed Leadership of School Principals, from the Perspective of Educational Supervisors and Teachers in Palestine

Objectives: The current study aims explore the level of distributed leadership among public school principals from the perspective of educational supervisors and teachers in Palestine, considering variables such as gender, academic qualifications, years of service, job title, and educational directorate
Methods: The study adopted a descriptive research approach.
Result: The study results showed that the level of practicing distributed leadership among school principals was high. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the perceived level of distributed leadership attributed to the gender variable. However, there were statistically significant differences attributed to the job title variable, with the differences favoring educational supervisors.
Conclusions: the study recommends enhancing distributed leadership practices through specialized workshops and training programs aimed at developing leadership skills among school principals.
the need to provide a healthy and safe work environment for teachers, with all the necessary elements to support the educational process and achieve its objectives.
