This study aimed to identify common behavioral problems among
primary school students in Hail. The research included a survey of
(265) boys and girls at the primary level in the Directorate of Education
of the Taif region to identify behavioral problems. This measure
covers five areas: hyperactivity, poor dispersion of attention, troubled
relations with teachers and peers, and withdrawal and reliability.
The results indicated the presence of medium behavioral problems in the
sample. The manifestations of the problems in the males are more than
those in the females, in addition to the presence of statistically significant
differences between age groups (9, 8, 7) years. The members of the study
at the age of seven years show problems in their behavior more than their
peers in age (9 and 8).The study concluded that the need for cooperation
between the parents and the school administration is necessary to monitor the
behavior of children and to identify the most important negative behavioral
manifestations and how to deal with them.
