The reality of services provided by the administration of Mu'tah University to its disabled students from their point of view

The study aims to discover the reality of services provided by the administration of Mu'tah University to its disabled students from their point of view. To achieve the goal of the study, we have developed a questioner composed of (34) paragraphs which are divided into (3) main areas.
First, the academic service field, administrative service field, the infrastructure facilities, and their transportation. The questioner was distributed on a sample contained of (57) disabled students from Mu'tah University.
The result of the study showed the total average in general, for both administrative services as well as the infrastructure facilities and transportation was very high, while the average for the academic services field was moderate. The study also indicated according to its variable, that there are no difference between the sample responses in relation to the administrative services and the academic services.
The questioner as a whole is relevant to the social gender, while it showed the difference in the infrastructure and transportation facilities and there were no statistically significant difference between the academic level and the type of disability. Finally, the study reached to some results and recommendation.
