The Role of Agile Management in the Quality of the Outputs of the Administrative Performance at the Kuwait University from the Faculty Members Perspective

This study sought to reveal the role of agile management in the quality of the outputs of the administrative performance at Kuwait University from the faculty members’ perspective. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, through developing a questionnaire that consisted of 25 items divided into five domains. The sample of the study consisted of 135 faculty members at Kuwait University. The sample was selected randomly. The results showed that the agile management role in the quality of the outputs of the administrative performance at Kuwait University in general was moderate. The results showed that the «Problem Solving” domain scored the first place, with a moderate degree, while the “Changeable” domain scored the last place, with a moderate degree. The results showed that there were no differences in the agile management role in the quality of the outputs of the administrative performance at Kuwait University from the perspective of the faculty members due to their academic level and professional experience.
