The Relationship |Between Awareness of Administrative Systems and the Attitude |Towards Them Among the Supervisors of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the educational supervisors' awareness of administrative systems and their attitudes towards such systems. Gender as well as academic qualification have been used to determine the significant difference. The study's sample included 99academic and administrative supervisors who were selected randomly. The study's tools have included a questionnaire on the administrative system awareness (Al Mantheri,2011), a revised questionnaire on attitudes toward administrative systems (Eissan el,2014), and open questions. According to the study findings, supervisors have had a median level of awareness. Except for Master's and PhD holders, where the results revealed no significant differences in terms of gender or academic qualification. Complying and abiding by the rules came positive, without no differences on the study's variables. Except for the supervisors' awareness and conviction, which have been significant and negative. The study found an insignificant relationship between awareness and attitudes. However, there had been a positive and significant relationship between supervisors' awareness and implementing administrative systems. A number of recommendations and suggestions were made according to the study findings.
