The Degree of the Teachers' of Students with Learning Disabilities Usage of Educational Aids and the Training Needs Necessary for Them

Objectives: The study aimed to identify the degree to which teachers of students with specific learning disorders use educational aids and the training needs necessary for them, according to the variables of gender.
Methods: Academic qualification and years of experience. The study population consisted of all teachers of students with Specific learning disorders in the governorate of Ajloun and the districts of Kasbah, Irbid and the Northern Mazar, whose number is 68 teachers. The study sample consisted of 50 who responded objectively to the study tools, the descriptive method was followed for its suitability to the nature of the study, and the study sample was chosen by the intentional method.
Results: The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences α = 0.05 in the degree of teachers' response due to the variable of gender, experience and academic qualification. The study recommended the necessity of holding training courses for teachers of learning difficulties to use educational aids with the need to adopt contemporary educational trends related to the field of special education, and in the field of learning difficulties. Especially in light of advances in knowledge and technology.
