Adaptive Leadership Among Arab Secondary Schools Principals Within the Green Line

Objectives: The study aimed to investigate the reality of adaptive leadership among Arab secondary schools principals within the Green Line.
Methodology: The descriptive survey approach was used, and the study sample consisted of 348 teachers. The questionnaire consisted of 18 items distributed in three dimensions, and its validity and reliability were confirmed.
Results: the study finds that the reality of adaptive leadership among Arab secondary schools’ principals within the Green Line was high. In addition, there was no statistically significant difference in the reality of adaptive leadership among Arab secondary schools’ principals within the Green Line due to gender and the years of experience. In addition, there were statistically significant differences according to academic qualification, for the benefit of Ph.D.
Conclusion: The study recommends to continuing spreading the adaptive leadership culture among adaptive leadership among schools’ principals within the Green Line, and ensuring the continuation in addition, strengthening of adaptive leadership among schools’ principals by holding courses, seminars, and lectures to develop their adaptive leadership skills.
