Abstract

Objectives: This study aimed to identify the indicators of charismatic personality among school principals in the Negev, in addition to investigate the significance of statistical differences in charismatic leadership indicators according to the educational qualification, years of experience, and type of school.

Methods: The descriptive approach method was used. The charismatic leadership scale was applied on a simple random sample of 188 male and female school principals in the Negev.

Results: The results of the study showed that the level of charismatic leadership among the school principals in the Negev was high. Additionally, there were differences in the means of charismatic leadership attributed to educational qualification in favor of PhD holders, as well as differences due the years of experience, in favor of long experience.

Conclusion: The study provided several recommendations, including the need to provide workshops and academic programs that could enhance leadership traits among educators. It also emphasized the importance of educational leaders sharing their experiences with their colleagues to ensure their success and positive impact.
