The study aimed at identifying the mastery level of e-learning competencies among Al-Aqsa University instructors in the light of some variables. The two researchers designed and used a sixty - nine item questionnaire divided into four main domains on a sample consisting of(82) instructors. Arithmetic means, percentages, t-test, and one way ANOVA were used to analyze the subjects’ responses on the questionnaire. The study findings were as follows: the subjects possess e-learning competencies in the domain of using PC basics with a percentage of(82%), network services(76%), designing courses online(66%), and administrating electronic courses(64%). Additionally, there were no statistically significant differences in the competencies mastery level due to qualifications or faculty variables. But there were statistically significant differences due to years of experience on all the study domains with the exception of PC basics. Instructors who have more than(5) years of experience are better than those with less than(5) years of experience. The study reached some recommendations the most important of which is holding training courses for instructors to equip them with the knowledge and competencies necessary for e-learning.
