Ruling on the Qunut Supplication in Islam

This study is concerned with [religious] judgments of the Qunut Supplication in Islamic Fiqh(jurisprudence). The researcher reviews Muslim jurists’ opinions and arguments about this type of supplication, the prayers in which it should be recited, its position [in the prayer], the judgment of hand-raising during its recitation, its words, whether it should be recited aloud or silently, reciting prayers on the Prophet Muhammad(PBUH), face-wiping with hands after recitation and the judgment of who forgets it.
