Abstract

This study focuses on the right of return for Palestinian refugees who were forced to leave home from 1948 to 1967 in addition to the Israeli official and non-official position from this issue.

The research discusses an important question in the history of the Palestinian people-Palestine refugees.

The discussion and results of this study reveal that Israel rejects all proposals- for the refugees to return back to their homes- at both domestic and international levels. Meanwhile the Israeli side suggests for the refugees to stay and settle in the host countries.

The researcher makes use of both historical and analytical methodology.
