Abstract

Jerusalem was characterized by its great status in the Zionist thought.

The Israeli parties are concerned to show this importance through several

methods. The most important one was the electoral programs of these parties

in Knesset election courses .Jerusalem has formed as the capital of State of

Israel at national consensus of all parties. These parties didn’t differ in how

to deal with the security issue of Jerusalem. It is noticed that the religious

parties dealt with this issue as a second degree after religion and application

of sharia’. It consider Jerusalem in terms of religion in its programs. While the

left Zionist parties raised the possibility of talking about a part of Jerusalem
