The Level of Emotional Intelligence among UNRWA Teachers in Nablus

Study aimed at identifying the degree of emotional intelligence among
school teachers of the UNRWA in Nablus governor, and defining the effect of
gender, size school ,the scientific qualification, and ,experience years on the
degree of emotional intelligence.
The study revealed the existence of a significant degree of emotional
intelligence among teachers, and occupies the area of empathy with others
ranked first, the study showed that there were statistically significant differences
on the areas of self-awareness, managing emotions, personal motivation and
variable depending on the sex in favour of males, the study also showed the
existence of significant differences Statistical experience years to the area of
self-awareness.
There were no differences of statistical significance among variables due
to variable of scientific qualification and size school.
