third hypotheses.
There are significant variances between the three development regions
and Jordan as a whole regarding per-capita yearly consumption; a new
poverty line for Jordan is 645JD per year.
To bridge the gap among rich and poor people a practical mechanism was
developed: a new poverty assessment to determine poverty line, computerised
database, using a national number as a primary key, to determine income for
every citizen to take rational decision to subsidise the poor people.
