Abstract

Scientific research is a precise investigation of the research questions,

defined by the researcher, following concrete methodologies. Itaims to

achieve certain objectives defined by the researcher. This study presents and

discusses the ideal structure of a scientific research proposal consisting of

several items. These items are the title, field, scope, objectives, questions,

importance, motivating reasons, tools, materials, terminologies, previous

studies, and methodologies of the study.

The paper also presents the additional items to be added to the research

proposal once the previous items are achieved, including the dedication,

acknowledgment, limitations, and abstract. In addition, this study provides

the readers with discussion about the research originality and new findings

in the field of Jurisprudence studies. Moreover, this paper emphasizes the

importance of discussing others’ counterpart opinions in a scientific manner

and base. Finally, the study points out that the achieved results and findings

are very vital in terms of research value.
