The Impact of Using Neuro- Linguistic Programming for Developing Achievement Motivation among Palestinian Teachers

Abstract

This study aims at identifying the impact of the use of the neuro- linguistic

programming for developing achievement motivation. The sample was

divided into two groups, the experimental group (34 teachers) and control

group (34) teachers of the basic stage in Gaza, the researcher applied the

neuro linguistic programming on the experimental group.

The researcher has used the scale of achievement motivation for adults

prepared by “HERMANS” and arabized by Abd Al- Fatah Mousa 1991 and

the training program which he prepared.

The study indicates that there are statistical significant differences in the

means of the degrees of the experimental group between the two applications

on the pre- test and post- test in favor of the post- test , and there are statistical

significant differences in the means of degrees of the experimental group and

control group between the three applications on the pre- test and post- test

and follow- up test of the experimental group on the scale of achievement

motivation.
