Keywords:

This research deals with the comparison between the Holy Quran and
the Bible (Tawra) in the issue of religious stories (tales) Most people even the
educated are ignorant of the issues that the Tawra contain which go against
the belief, the law of God and history. Thay even contradicts whith reason
as well. The story that this research deals with is the story of Adam (peace
be upon him) whose different places of mentioning are highlighted in both
the Holy Quran and the Tawra. This story has been mentioned in the Holy
Quran in more than one place, whereas in the Tawra it is mentioned only in
one place.
The research also reveals the aspects of the few similarities between the
two religious books in terms of the presentation of the story. Then it shows
that there are many aspects of difference between the two books. Ultimately,
a final result points out that the Tawra that we have today is not qualified to
be a reference for history and religious stories. Moreover, it is unreliable and
provides the reader with information which gives negative results.
