at the banks operating in Palestine, as they are the instrument through which

the principles of Governance are implemented.

Fifty eight questionnaires were returned and the researcher only used the

valid ones which were fifty two. The data was processed by SPSS enhancing

mean, standard deviation and percentages.

The findings showed that the principles of Governance were implemented

most in the field of boards of directors, by (81.132%) . However, these

principles were implemented least in the sphere of transparency and providing

data, by (70.048%) .
