Assessment of the Children Songs Present at the Arabic Language Textbooks at Primary Education Level (1st-4th Grade) in Jordan

The research aims to assess the children songs included in the Arabic
language books, for the first four classes of basic education in Jordan. The
research sample consisted of (215) teachers, and four specialists, selected
randomly. To achieve the goals of the research, a questionnaire was used which
included 24 items, included (25) after checking its validity and reliability. The
research revealed the divergent views of teachers and specialists regarding
the achievement of songs for the standards, and the proportion of agreement
was (64%). The research revealed no statistically significant differences
among teachers due to the variable experience, and research found a number
of conclusions and recommendations.
