Palestinian Basic Law and Its Constitutional Order

The research lays out the role of the constitutional code in the
constitutional structuring in general, and the role of the Palestinian Basic Law,
as a constitutional legislation, in consolidating the structure of Palestinian
political and constitutional system in particular.
The research reveals, in this context, the broad gaps in both the Palestinian
Basic law and the constitutional system, providing 19 amendments to be
introduced into the Amended Palestinian Basic Law 2005, and subsequently
to improve and develop the entire Palestinian political and constitutional
system.
