The aim of this paper is to study one of the herbals, Albulsan Plant,
which was known amongst the medical field during the Islamic Ages. It is
a medical fat produced by small bushes which mainly grow in Palestine
and Egypt during the ancient ages. It was largely used during the Mamluk
reign. Its importance lies a variety of diseases at that time. As a result, it
was considered as the basic medicine in the Islamic World. Moreover, the
Christians considered it as a holy plant because it was used in Baptism. This
study also aims at focusing the attention of scholars in the medical field to
the importance of this plant to be used as a supplement to chemical remedies
because it does not have side effects as well as to the financial and economic
benefits as a result of its abundance in Palestine
