Reality of Olive Presses in West Bank

This study was carried out on oil presses in west Bank to investigate
the status of oil presses according to the statements of the questionnaire
which was distributed in governorates of Hebron, Bethlehem, Nablus and
Ramallah. and to come up with a number of results and recommendations to
be submitted to official and non- official authorities to improve and organize
the work of this important sector. Consequently, also limit the negative
influences of environmental pollution and test the economic feasibility of
these oil presses.
