The research aims to reconsider the legislation binding will, inspired
by the Arab lawmaker, where he raised from the presence of its inception
and even a sensation. Thus people are still wary of the money earned from
this legislation. The present study addressed and discussed the main themes
as stated by this law. These laws are: the reason for this legislation; its
conditions and what it depends on. The researcher also explained his
viewpoint about this legislation which concludes that this legislation is not
accepted from a religious point of view. Nevertheless, the researcher how this
law can be corrected and modified so that it could be accepted. Furthermore,
the researcher gave a suggested legislation which organizes this issue based
on the remarks and suggestion given about the legislation.
Finally, the researcher gave some results and recommendations in this
conclusion.
