The Effect of the Organizational Climate on the Employees Performance from their Viewpoint at QOU’s Branch in Salfeet Educational Region

This study aims to investigate mainly the level of the effect of the
organizational climate in Salfeet Education Region «as a branch of Alquds-
Open University» on the employees performance from their viewpoint.
To achieve this purposes, the researcher used the analytical descriptive
approach in addition to the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) ,
ANOVA, and T- test, for statistical analysis. The study revealed important
results, Here are some of them:
1. There was a medium effect of organizational climate and its variables
(age and social status) on the employee performance level in Salfeet
Educational Region from their viewpoint.
2. There was no effect of the variables of the organizational climate (sex
and period of service) on the employee performance level in Salfeet
Educational Region from the employees’ viewpoint.
3. There were no differences at the statistical level (α =0.05) on the total
degree of study attributed to the variables: sex, age, social status and
period of service.
In the light of the study results, the researcher recommends the
improvement of the organizational climate and the employees’ performance
and calls for further studies in Salfeet Educational Region.
