Abstract

The political system is a set of institutions and components, whether formal or informal, you create public policy, in terms of designing, implementation, and evaluation is the result of the performance of these institutions, and their performance is shown varying political systems in how to exercise their institutions at the sectoral policy-making The development of democratic institutions, making the state of the actors as an important part in political life. It is not any system of governance continues upright and sect oral policies in isolation from them. And became asked civil society organizations to their demands and objectives more explosions than ever before after it was merely remarks against the public policy established by the government, have become more influential in public policy-making, given the awareness among members of the community, forcing political systems to create active partners to upgrade practices towards quality in judgment.
