Abstract

This study addresses the cultivation of the vine trees, industries and crafts of them in Palestine in the Crusader era; also the conformity and the appropriateness of  terrain and climate for the cultivation of the vine. The study also addresses the subject of attention Crusaders Bozoralla because of its importance in the holy wine industry, and discusses the laws that were imposed by the Church on the cultivation and collection of taxes the grape harvest, and research industries resulting from the cultivation of the vine trees in Palestine as an industry sacred wine and Almalban, molasses dried grapes (raisins) jam grape and industry vinegar, as explained Find literal terms that were fired on from working in the cultivation, sale and manufacture of such fruit, in addition to said areas that were famous for that agriculture.
