Abstract

This research aims entitled by Arbitrariness of the husband and abusing the right of his wife and its impact The Muslim family stability statement to the concept of arbitrariness in the right pair of his wife and manifestations and causes and effects of the proposed solutions to the problems of spouse abuse, and the rights of the wife arbitrary them.

The research concluded that the husband is abusing the use of his right if intending to harm the wife or use the right of non-interest initiated her, as among the manifestations of this abuse in the various Jonb married life Ktasv spouse in a divorce and discipline and prevent the wife to visit her family and loved ones.

The research was limited to the most important factors that drive the pair of them to abuse and non-compliance with the regulations and the weak legitimacy of religious faith and family problems, customs and traditions and economic side and the controls that the commitment to legitimacy is the right solution to counter this phenomenon.
