Competitive intelligence role in reducing risks in the pharmaceutical industry

We seek through this study to employ the availability of knowledge regarding intelligence competitive as an important tool used by the largest industrial enterprises, particularly the pharmaceutical as it plays a big role in solving many of the problems faced by decision makers, particularly the problems resulting from the external environment of various kinds making. These problems and risks hinder the progress and growth of the institution, and therefore we want in this study to demonstrate one of the most important processes in the organization, which is intelligence competitive process, its status and the positive impacts in the detection of risks and minimize them as much as possible, thus stating the problem of the study expressed and exposing the fundamental question Next: What is the role of competitive intelligence in the detection of risks? And how you can turn those risks into opportunities to increase the strength of the institution? The study relied on a specimen supposedly included two variables, which is the first independent competitive intelligence and the second a continued risk.
The study included the theoretical coverage of the problem where we used axes involved in the provision of all the information from the literature on the subject and accumulation of knowledge in this area, the survey found a range of results, including: that the intelligence competitive it has become the most important and the most powerful ways today to protect the institutions of intense competition and risks in order to survive the biggest period of growth possible in an ever-changing environment, From where it can reduce the problems and risks that may be exposed to the institution of the external environment.
Accordingly, and in light of the rapid developments today, the application of the competitive intelligence plays an important role in global institutions, particularly the Arab institutions given its immense importance in shaping strategies, taking effective decisions. The Arabic institutions suffer more from other institutions in terms of competitiveness due to the free trade imposed by developed countries on the Arabic countries and the negative results caused on the local products and the various kinds of products whether they are drugs or else given their important value in the Arabic world.
