This study aims to identify the conceptual framework of competitive advantage, and to address the nature of human capital and how to achieve competitive advantage through it, and show the human capital contribution to achieving competitive advantage in dairy Aurres batna in Algeria.
It has been relying on the use of descriptive analytical method, in addition to using approach a case study through to address the case of dairy Aurres batna study to highlight the human capital contribution to achieving competitive advantage, depending on the design of a questionnaire and distributed to the study sample in order to data on the views of the sample collection. Where the study represents the community in the organization's Cadres and frame 65 Cadres, the target sample consists of a set of organization Cadres were chosen at random, and the number reached 50 Cadre, was retrieving 41 form valid for statistical analysis, to answer any ratio stood at 82%.
The study found a number of results that the most important attention to human capital, its elements of skills and competencies do not receive sufficient attention, and the presence of a high degree approval to members of the sample of the study on human capital contribution to achieving competitive advantage for dairy, and this reflects the achievement of Lactobacillus competitive advantage despite the presence of contrast in the availability of human capital elements, in terms of skills component received the highest weight compared with the competencies element, which confirms the importance of skills in the promotion of the dairy possession of human capital.Downloads
