Abstract

The telecommunication firms face significant challenges in the human resources management, it seeks to increase the efficiency of their employees and retention them. This research aims to test the impact of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on the telecommunication service provider's turnover intention in Aleppo. In order to that, the researchers distributed a questionnaire on a sample of service providers in the telecommunication firms in Aleppo population (176) to explore their perceptions about organizational support, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The research found that there was significant effect of the perceived organizational support on the job satisfaction and turnover intention, as shown that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention partially.
