The Ruling, Visiting, Al-Aqsa Mosque, under OccupationAbstract
The contemporary scholars differed regarding the issue of visiting Al-Aqsa Mosque using an Israeli visa. Some of them believe that it is permissible to visit the Al-Aqsa Mosque despite the existence of the occupation; because the ruling is in the permission of thing until evidence of its prohibition is found. While some of them look at the corruption that results from this visit, making it as an excuse for prohibiting the visit in accordance with the rule known to the scholars, which is "avoiding the evils and corruption is a priority before fulfilling interests". Thus, the visit to Al-Aqsa Mosque will validate the sovereignty of the occupation on Palestine, and normalization with the Jewish nation, and this is the focus of this research.
