This study aims to show the impact of all types of strategic vigilance (competitive vigilance, technological vigilance, marketing vigilance) on encouraging creativity in Algerian organizations. For the purpose of the study, the descriptive analytical method was adopted using a questionnaire as a tool to collect primary data from a sample that consists of all directors and general directors of the company of fatty substances “CGS Seybouse - La Belle Annaba”. Out of the 50 questionnaires that were distributed, 47 were retrieved. The results of the field study confirmed the principal hypothesis of the research which states that: “there is statistical relation between the types of strategic vigilance and the creativity in the company of fatty substances “CGS Seybouse - La Belle AnnabaDownloads
