Impact of Toning on Understanding the Word of Allah

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of toning on the understanding the meanings of the Qur'an, analyzing the recitation of the Quran and the interpretation of the verses of the Holy Quran, as it is considered the words of God who commanded the Prophet (peace be upon him ) to recite the Quran using toning, as it appears in the verse: ( and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation) (Al-Muzzammil: 4 ). Moreover, melodious sound and good performance, which complies with the provisions of recitation, are considered a main component of toning and a condition to have a correct reading and understanding of the meanings of the Quran.
The research sought to identify the importance of toning and its role in expressing the psychological meanings and linguistic structures, and how it makes an emotional impact on readers and listeners.
One of the motives why the researcher is examining the effect of toning in understanding the Quran is that toning has not received as much attention as instructional recitation, which led to the absence of creative interpretative and influential readings, which in turn leads to understanding, teaching, Thinking, reflecting, memorizing, and remembering.
The study concluded that the reader should have melodious sound, as well as the ability to use diverse toning, and the ability to adapt recitation with meaning.
