This Research tackles Ibn Jenni’s forms of dependence in his book “Al-Munsif” on the opinions of his teacher Abu Ali al-Farisi in terms of the textual expression of al-Farisi. The researcher discussed all forms of argument and inference found in the book and based on Al-Farisi’s opinions, from non-syntactic aspect. Consequently, this research is divided into two sections: “Different Forms of Expression”. These expressions indicate Ibn Jenni’s dependence on the opinions of his teacher al-Farisi when the former wrote his book “Al-Munsif,” in which he explained “Al-Tasrif” book written by Abi Othman al-Mazini. The researcher adopted the opinion-based analytical descriptive methodology to identify al-Farisi’s opinions in “Al-Munsif”, and classify these opinions in order to conclude various results that reveal Ibn Jenni’s great dependence on al-Farisi .
