The Islamic Rooting of Teleological Objectives in the Educational Process

The purpose of this study is to explain the nature of the teleological objectives in the educational process, which is considered one of the three components of the educational process structure in the proposed doctoral thesis. To achieve this, the researcher followed the inductive analytical approach and the descriptive approach. The study was divided into three topics. The first one under the title “The concept of objectives and targets and the relation between them.” The second chapter is entitled “The need for a system of educational objectives and their controlling dimensions.” The third chapter is entitled: "The teleological objectives in the educational process.” The study concluded that the educational objectives are determined objectives with teleological dimensions, that contribute in the development of the self that worships God. The study recommends the need for stakeholders in the educational process to take any necessary step to promote these objectives among the educated individuals. This can be done through developing educational incubators that promote these objectives. The study suggests the need for the researchers, specialized in the educational studies, to transform these objectives into computerized educational programs to be taught in the educational institutions.Downloads
