Producing Inequality in Occupation Policy Towards Education in the Occupied Palestinian Territories of 1948

This study aims to discuss the status of the Arab educational system in the 48 Arab territories, and its role as a body that works on the individuals’ mobility and groups. On the other hand, the education system works to develop a self-confident personality and proud of its belonging, position and role in a system that serves a minority group, that differs from the majority group, nationally, religiously, and culturally. In contrast, how the occupation seeks to control this educational system through policies, programs and curricula impose on the production of inequality in various issues related to education. The problem of this study is the continuous discrimination against the Arab educational system, such as inequality in the laws, allocated resources, and infrastructure compared to Hebrew education. This study was based on the descriptive approach, in addition to the analytical approach. The study reached a number of results.
