The study aimed to reach a proposed vocational program for general practice in social service to improve the quality of life of Palestinian elderly people Where the researcher used the method of social survey in the method of comprehensive inventory of the beneficiaries of the Association for the care of the elderly in the Gaza Strip and the number of (128) elderly and elderly and the researcher used the tool of introspection to reveal the results of the study, and the study found that the quality of life of the elderly in the objective dimension and is in life Economic, social and health for the elderly came at an average rate as well as the quality of life in the self-dimension, which is self-esteem, family compatibility and community integration of the elderly. In the light of the results, the study found a proposed vocational programme for general practice in social service to improve the quality of life of Palestinian elderly people.
