Surah Al-Alaq: an educational analytical study

Abstract

Objectives: The study aimed to:

1. Introducing Surat Al-Alaq, and explaining its objectives.

2.Eliciting proposals for Islamic educational patterns in Surat Al-Alaq.

3.Conclusion of the educational implications of Surat Al-Alaq on Islamic educational institutions.

Methodology: The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach to analyze Surat Al-Alaq, by analyzing the verses of Surat Al-Alaq. And deriving proposals for Islamic educational patterns and their practical implications.

Results: The study reached the following results:

1. The major goals of Surat Al-Alaq are embodied in initiating the revelation of the Book of Guidance and Reform, establishing the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - on the path of advocacy, calling for reading, writing and knowledge, opening thinking to the vocabulary of the universe, and building a humble and polite human personality.

2. Among the most important proposals for purposeful education in Surah Al-Alaq is defining the legal standard for worldly behavioral paths, positive interaction with divine giving, and advancing obligatory duties to achieve honorable status.

3. Among the most important proposals for research education are the centrality of research processes in psychological sciences, the specificity of research in Qur’anic verses, and the maturity of research processes with advanced tools.

4. Among the most important proposals of social education are awareness of the marginality of the social norm in directing punishment, dealing with mistakes by turning from insinuation to statement, and spreading intellectual awareness in the pre-Islamic reality.

Conclusion: Surat Al-Alaq organized a system of educational connotations that fall under Islamic educational patterns. Objective, research and social.
