Objectives: The research aims to provide a historical study of the story of Prophet Joseph, highlighting the lessons and morals it imparts. It begins with Joseph's vision, which includes eleven planets, the sun, and the moon prostrating to him, and ends with its fulfillment.
Methodology: The study depends on information from the Holy Quran and historical sources. It employs inductive and deductive analysis methods that align with the context of the events to reveal the underlying truths.
Results: The story of Joseph teaches us lessons about patience during adversity, and trust in God. Joseph’s ability to transform challenging circumstances into positive outcomes enabled him to create opportunities and achieve his goals. He effectively seized the moment by interpreting the king’s dream, ultimately leading to his appointment as Aziz of Egypt.
Conclusion: Joseph’s patience during difficult times and his proactive measures played crucial roles in his release from prison, enabling him to attain the position of Aziz of Egypt. The historical lessons drawn from Joseph's story can motivate the Arab Islamic nation as it confronts contemporary challenges related to division, weakness, and the quest for strength.
