Training at Al-Quds University as Perceived by Faculty and Administrative Staff

The study aimed at determining the status of training at Al-Quds University
as perceived by faculty and administrative staff. The population of the study
consisted of Al-Qids University faculty and adminstrative staff, of whom a
(32%) stratified random sample was selected. A thirty-item questionnaire
was distributed after determinig its content validity and Cronbach Alpha
reliability. coeffecient (0.926). Results showed that (59%) of the sample had
no participation in any training programs, and that their overall rating of
training at the University was moderate. Results also showed that there
were no significant differences between the ratings of study subjects due to
job, educational degree, and years of experience at Al-Quds University.
Recommendations for further concern and research were made.
