considered to modern. Specialists tried to study in depth this phenomenon
and to collect more knowledge of the criminal tendencies and to know the
source of such criminal behavior anomalies. This person is aware that he is
committing a crime but without any sense of compassion. He looks toward his
crimes to be normal.
