Abstract

من خلال المعلومات التي تم جمعها ميدانياً عن القضايا التي تتعلق بالطلاق، أمكن الاستنتاج أن ظاهرة الطلاق أصبحت منتشرة، وآخذة في الامتداد لتطال جميع أنحاء فلسطين. وإذا كان الطلق من مزايا لأحد الزوجين، وذلك في حال حل الرابطة الزوجية بينهما إذا أصابها خلل كبير لا يمكن إصلاحه، وباعتباره أحياناً وسيلة للخروج من مأزق الأزمات الحادة التي تجعل الاستمرار في الحياة الزوجية مستحيلاً إلا إنه يظل أبغض الحلال إلى الله تعالى، ويقع علينا جميعاً واجب التأكيد على مخاطره وانعكاساته السلبية ودوره في هدم أواصر المجتمع، وهو في الوقت ذاته يلحق الضرر البالغ بمكانة المرأة ويعرضها للمشاكل النفسية والاجتماعية، رغم أنه في بعض الأحيان يكون فرصة للمرأة للتحرر من أسر الزوج وظلمه وعلينا جميعاً يقع واجب مكافحة انتشار هذه الظاهرة من خلال البحث عن الحلول الكفيلة لها.
