Crises That Al-Quds Open University Suffering From
during Al-Aqsa Intifada
The purpose of the study was to highlight some of the crises that QOU. Is
suffering from during Al-Aqsa Intifada by answering the following questions
:
1- What are the political crises that QOU is suffering from as a result of
Al-Aqsa Intifada.
2- What are the economical crises that QOU is suffering from as a result
of Al-Aqsa Intifada.
3- What are the managerial crises that QOU is suffering from as a result
of Al-Aqsa Intifada.
4- What are the psychological crises that QOU is suffering from as a
result of Al-Aqsa Intifada.
5- What are the educational crises that QOU is suffering from as a result
of Al-Aqsa Intifada.
6- What are the cultural crises that QOU is suffering from as a result of
Al-Aqsa Intifada.
A questionnaire was developed to achieve the purpose of the study . The
population of the study consisted of all Directors of Educational Regions,
Directors of Study Centers, Administration Assistants, Academic Assistants
& the Students Affairs Coordinators at QOU. In Palestine , which consisted
of (53) members.
The questionnaire which was for the study developed depended on the
available literature. The validity of the questionnaire was determined through
experts & specialists. The reliability was computed using Cronbach- Alpha
Correlation Coefficients which was (0,91).The means & standard deviations
were used to answer the questions .
The results of the study showed that the psychological & political crises
come first & economic, management follows .
The researcher came up with a number of recommendations according
to the study results.
