The Impact of Learning Organizational Strategies on the Worker Creativity: Field Study in Fertial Company-Annaba

This research aims at investigating the impact of the organizational learning strategies on the creativity in FERTIAL ANNABA Company, and measure the impact of demographic and functional factors on both of them. To achieve this goal the researcher undertook a field study by interviewing a sample represented by (325) workers, which had only responded (150) with a response rate (46. 15 %) . The questionnaire consists of three parts, the first one relates to the personal data, the second relates to the organizational learning strategies data, while the third explores the implementation of the creativity factors in that corporation. Its data analysis was based on: descriptive methods, analyze of variance, multiple regression, t - test, one way Anova analysis. In addition, the results indicated the impact of the learning organizational strategies on the creativity. On the other hand, the facts that there were a significant differences in the employees perceptions of creativity concept interpreted to be due to the experience and the administrative level. Based on these results we proposed some recommendations for the managers of the company.
